Hiring: Account Manager – Real Estate & Construction Line

We are seeking a professional and result-oriented Account Manager to join our Real Estate & Construction team. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating with internal departments, handling accounts-related activities, and ensuring smooth communication with customers and business associates.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and business associates
  • Handle client coordination regarding projects, payments, agreements, and documentation
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and account statements
  • Follow up for outstanding payments and maintain proper records
  • Coordinate with sales, finance, site, and management teams for smooth operations
  • Assist in project billing, contract management, and customer support
  • Ensure timely resolution of client queries and complaints
  • Maintain MIS reports and database records accurately
  • Support management in business development and client retention activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic accounting procedures. GST, Tally, TDS, Journal Entry, Book Keeping, Audit, Tax Return, Taxation, Balance Sheet & Finalization.
  • Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in Real Estate or Construction industry will be preferred
