Your core responsibility is to own and grow Allo’s social presence through high-performing Instagram Reels, founder-led content, and product storytelling that drives reach, trust, and followers.

Minimum 2 years of experience is required

Everything you do should answer one question: Will this stop the scroll and make people follow?

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

1. Reel Content Strategy (Brand + Founder)

- Plan and execute weekly content pipelines

- Build repeatable formats (hooks, storytelling styles, series)

2. Scriptwriting (Core Skill)

- Write high-retention scripts for product, founder, and influencer reels

- Craft strong hooks, structured flow, and clear CTAs

3. Product Content Strategy

- Turn products into content engines

- Build angles around health, problems, and use cases

4. Performance Tracking & Iteration

- Track views, retention, follows

- Double down on winners, eliminate weak formats

5. Influencer Content Direction

- Guide influencers on scripts, structure, and angles

KPIs (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

- Follower Growth (Brand + Founder)

- Reach / Views Growth

- Content Consistency

- % of High-Performing Reels

- Content Contribution to Sales

YOU’RE A STRONG FIT IF YOU

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
