Job Summary

We are hiring a CSR executive to support and manage corporate social responsibility initiatives. The role involves planning, coordinating, and executing CSR activities; maintaining documentation; and collaborating with NGOs, communities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's CSR strategy and initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor large-scale CSR projects.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, and community organisations.
• Ensure compliance with CSR regulations and reporting requirements.
• Prepare CSR budgets, impact assessments, and annual CSR reports.
• Drive employee engagement and volunteering programmes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in social work, sustainability, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 20–24 years of experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), ESG, sustainability, or social impact programs.
• Proven experience in leading CSR projects and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CSR reporting/documentation.

Job Type: Full-time;

Location: Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
