About the Role

You will be the primary guide, coach, and matchmaker for each client. From their very first onboarding call to the moment they get married - you are the person they trust.

You will understand their requirements deeply, challenge their blind spots, source matches (from inside and outside our database), coach them through tough conversations, and help them stay grounded in the process.
This role blends high EQ, people psychology, and client strategy - all with a service-first mindset.

Requirements : What You’ll Do

1. Relationship Management (Client Service)

• Be the main point of contact for a set of premium clients.
• Understand their life story, relationship patterns, and emotional needs.
• Build trust through empathy, communication, and presence.
• Stay with them throughout the journey - from first match to final outcome.
• Coach them during moments of doubt, frustration, or overwhelm.

2. Matchmaking & Strategy

• Design thoughtful match strategies for each client.
• Curate matches from our internal database and external platforms (matrimonial sites, LinkedIn etc)
• Ensure mutual compatibility before suggesting a match - not just profile alignment.
• Use both logic and intuition to recommend the right people.
• Track client responses, feedback, and patterns over time.

3. Coaching & Emotional Support

• Help clients reflect on what’s working and what’s not - in their mindset, expectations, or behaviour.
• Offer gentle but honest feedback when needed (e.g., when a client is being too picky or self-sabotaging).
• Normalize the ups and downs of the matchmaking journey with emotional depth.
• Be patient, grounded, and consistent especially during periods of emotional volatility.

4. Coordination & Internal Systems

• Manage calendars, follow-ups, notes, and match histories via our CRM.
• Work closely with junior matchmakers, sourcing teams, and founders.
• Document learnings and contribute to matchmaking best practices/playbooks.
• Protect client privacy at all times.

5. Brand Building & Social Media Presence

• Contribute to The Date Crew’s brand presence by actively participating in social media content and sharing insights or experiences from the matchmaking journey.

Who You Are

• This role is open to women applicants only.
• 4 - 6 years of experience in a high-empathy, high-touch role - consulting, psychology, coaching, founder-operator, client servicing, etc.
• Strong preference for candidates with a background in psychology, therapy, coaching, or human behavior. Deeply empathetic and emotionally intelligent -you understand people’s inner worlds
• A calm and grounded communicator - you listen deeply, ask the right questions, and speak with clarity.
• Patient - you know that people don’t change overnight, and real connection takes time.

Organized - able to manage multiple client journeys in parallel, across weeks and months.

• Curious and intuitive - you don’t rely on checklists, you read between the lines.
• Comfortable working with CRMs, Sheets, Calendars, and collaboration tools.
