Full job description
Role: Software QA Engineer (Functional QA)
Open Positions: 2
Experience: 5+ Years
Shift: 10AM – 7PM
Mode: Hybrid
Key Skills: Functional testing, test planning, regression testing, Agile environment, and experience with Zendesk platform testing.
The role involves working closely with development and business teams to design test plans, execute manual and automated tests, support UAT cycles, and ensure overall product quality.
Please start sourcing suitable candidates from the market based on the attached JD and share relevant profiles at the earliest. While screening candidates, ensure they have strong experience in:
- Functional and regression testing
- Test case design and execution
- Agile project environments
- Experience with Zendesk testing (mandatory)
