Position: Server Administrator

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Server Administrator to manage, maintain, and monitor company servers and IT infrastructure. The candidate will ensure server security, system performance, backups, and smooth network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
• Monitor server performance and ensure system availability.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain server security, antivirus, and firewall configurations.
• Monitor storage utilization and system logs.
• Coordinate with vendors and support teams when required.
• Ensure data backup and disaster recovery processes are functioning properly.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of Linux Administration is Must.
• Understanding of networking concepts, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Firewall.
• Basic knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Certifications like MCSE, RHCE, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in Server Administration or IT Infrastructure.

Salary

• As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹15,004.83 - ₹51,986.60 per month
