We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior AI/ML Developer to join our growing technology team in Pune. In this role, you will be at the forefront of building intelligent systems, training advanced machine learning models, and turning complex data into actionable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Model Development & Deployment: Design, build, test, and deploy machine learning (ML) models and artificial intelligence (AI) solutions tailored to business needs.
• Data Engineering: Work with large, complex datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize both traditional ML and deep learning (DL) algorithms to ensure high efficiency and accuracy in production.
• Clean Coding: Write clean, well-documented, scalable, and highly efficient code (primarily in Python).
• Model Evaluation: Continuously evaluate model performance using relevant metrics and iterate to improve reliability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with software engineers, data analysts, and product stakeholders to integrate AI models into end-to-end applications.
• Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, frameworks, open-source models, and research breakthroughs in the AI/ML landscape.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Programming Skills: A strong, hands-on foundation in Python programming.
• Core Theoretical Knowledge: Clear understanding of core Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, neural networks), and math basics.
• Frameworks & Libraries: Practical experience or academic project work using libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Data Fundamentals: Good knowledge of data structures, SQL for data extraction, and data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Mindset: A natural problem-solving mindset with a genuine passion for artificial intelligence.
• Soft Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Adaptability: A high degree of curiosity and an eagerness to learn new technologies quickly.

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years (Freshers with strong portfolio projects, GitHub repositories, or relevant internships are highly encouraged to apply).
• Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners will be given strong preference.
• Job Location: Pune, India.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
