Base Location: Delhi
Travel Requirement: High – Multi-city travel across First Fiddle locations
Compensation: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month + Performance Incentives
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly performance-driven and revenue-focused Restaurant Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies across First Fiddle’s restaurants and clubs in multiple cities.
This is not a desk marketing role. The candidate must deeply understand each outlet’s positioning, audience, pricing, footfall behavior, competition, and city-specific dynamics, and build aggressive yet structured marketing strategies to ensure consistent month-on-month revenue growth.
The role requires strong digital marketing expertise, affiliate marketing exposure, nightlife marketing understanding, and the ability to integrate online marketing with on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue-Focused Marketing Strategy
- Study each restaurant/club individually and define its positioning.
- Create monthly marketing calendars aligned with revenue targets.
- Design city-specific campaigns to increase weekday and non-peak footfall.
- Drive monthly revenue growth through structured marketing interventions.
- Monitor daily sales data and align campaigns accordingly.
2. Digital Marketing Leadership (Mandatory Expertise)
Meta Marketing (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
- Plan and execute performance-driven ad campaigns.
- Optimise for table bookings, event sales, and footfall.
- Build custom audiences and retargeting funnels.
- Monitor ROAS and CAC metrics.
Google Ads & Search
- Run Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Optimize local search visibility and high-intent keyword targeting.
- Track conversion metrics and improve CPL.
SEO & Local SEO
- Optimise Google My Business listings across cities.
- Improve keyword ranking for “best club in Delhi”, “restaurants near me”, etc.
- Manage reviews and reputation strategy.
3. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
- Develop affiliate marketing channels for table bookings and event sales.
- Build partnerships with:
- Influencers
- Local promoters
- Event curators
- Nightlife promoters
- Work with SPG-style guest lists and promoter models to increase high-value footfall.
- Negotiate commission structures aligned with profitability.
4. Event & Club Marketing
- Plan themed nights, DJ events, ladies nights, brunches, and special events.
- Coordinate with artists, promoters, and influencers.
- Create buzz-driven campaigns for launch events.
- Ensure high-occupancy weekends and improved weekday traction.
5. On-Ground & Offline Marketing
- Travel frequently to different cities.
- Audit brand presence at outlets.
- Work with operations teams to align marketing with service delivery.
- Build local collaborations (corporates, colleges, communities).
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
- Track:
- Revenue growth
- Campaign ROAS
- Footfall growth
- Event revenue contribution
- Suggest corrective actions based on data.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, or restaurant marketing.
- Strong expertise in:
- Meta Ads
- Google Ads
- SEO
- Affiliate marketing
- Influencer marketing
- Understanding of nightlife ecosystems and promoter networks.
- Experience in multi-location brand marketing is preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with revenue-first thinking.
- Ability to travel extensively across cities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Month-on-month revenue growth per outlet.
- ROAS improvement across digital campaigns.
- Increase in weekday occupancy.
- Event revenue contribution growth.
- Increase in repeat footfall.
Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
- Performance Incentives linked to:
