Role Overview:

As a Spiritual Travel Partner, you will guide pilgrims and spiritual travelers in planning, customizing, and booking their journeys through DharmikVibes. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their spiritual needs, and creating personalized itineraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand devotee needs and design personalized pilgrimage plans
  • Coordinate travel, darshan, pooja bookings, and accommodations
  • Guide customers on rituals, temple timings, best seasons, and spiritual tips
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers (via WhatsApp, call, email)
  • Provide end-to-end travel support, cost estimation, and coordination
  • Collaborate with the DharmikGuide team on-ground for execution

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong passion for spirituality, pilgrimage, and Indian traditions
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills
  • Background in travel planning, tourism, spiritual services, or similar roles
  • Experience with online tools (CRM, WhatsApp Business, travel software)
  • Ability to empathize, listen, and offer genuine support to every devotee
