My Yatraa Travels FZ LLC is a Dubai-based pilgrimage travel company that designs and operates group and private yatras across India and neighbouring countries. We combine deep devotional roots with structured, professional trip execution — building a community-first brand for travellers seeking meaningful, well-organised spiritual journeys.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Tour Coordinator cum Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operations across marketing performance, team management, vendor relationships, and overall traveller experience. This is a hands-on, high-accountability role for someone who has worked inside a travel company before and knows how the pieces — sales, marketing, ground operations, and vendors — need to fit together on any given day.

What You'll Own

Social media growth tracking — review performance across My Yatraa's channels regularly, flag what's working and what isn't, and keep content and community growth on track.
Team accountability — run daily huddle calls with the Sales, Tour Coordination, and Admin functions to review progress, unblock issues, and keep everyone aligned to targets.
Marketing ROI — track marketing spend against revenue generated, flag underperforming channels or campaigns, and work with the team on course correction.
Strategy & growth — bring new ideas to the table on lead generation, retention, community engagement, and revenue growth across group tours, private tours, and devotional offerings.
Vendor management — own relationships and negotiations with hotels, transport/taxi operators, and other ground vendors for upcoming trips, ensuring quality and pricing stay in check.
Traveller experience — continuously look for ways to improve the on-trip and pre/post-trip experience, closing the loop between what customers feel and what operations delivers.
On-ground tour coordination — travel with select group tours to personally handle on-ground execution: managing the itinerary, vendors, and travellers in real time.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience within a travel company, with prior experience in a managerial or team-lead capacity — this is non-negotiable.
Willing and able to travel with group tours as needed — this role is not desk-only.
Comfortable owning numbers — marketing spend, ROI, revenue targets — not just anecdotal reporting.
Strong vendor negotiation skills, especially with hotels and transport operators.
A natural coordinator — someone who can run daily check-ins with multiple people and actually drive follow-through.
Working knowledge of social media performance metrics (even if you're not the one creating content).
An interest in or understanding of pilgrimage/devotional travel is a strong plus.
Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Hindi.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
