Role Overview

We are adding enthusiastic entry-level Backend, Frontend, and Full Stack Developers into our team to support the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications in a structured, process-oriented engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain frontend and backend application components
• Write clean, efficient, scalable, and well-documented code
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
• Work with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Perform debugging, testing, and performance optimization
• Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
• Follow SDLC processes and Agile methodologies

Must-Have Skills

• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot
• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework (React / Angular / Vue.js)
• Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs
• Understanding of CRUD operations and database fundamentals (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB)
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems
• Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile practices
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills

Good-to-Have

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) or deployment fundamentals
• Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Understanding of caching tools such as Redis / Ehcache
• Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts (e.g., JWT basics)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD concepts
