Executive Assistant – AI & Operations

Location: Madipakkam, Chennai
Type: Contract
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Work Mode: Primarily Office-Based

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Executive Assistant – AI & Operations with excellent English communication skills to support executive, AI, content, e-commerce, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools as instructed.
• Manage prompts, monitor AI tasks, and review outputs for accuracy.
• Organize information and provide clear updates to management.
• Support administrative, research, documentation, and operational tasks.
• Add and update e-commerce products, images, and descriptions.
• Maintain the content calendar and monitor Instagram & LinkedIn.
• Assist with basic content, SEO, and digital operations.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete assigned tasks on time.

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken English communication – mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, and online tools.
• Good organizational, research, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of content, social media, e-commerce, or SEO is an advantage.
• No programming knowledge required.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
