Job Title: Back Office Executive

Location: Kolkata, West Bengal 700046
Experience: Fresher
Qualification : Graduate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support our day-to-day administrative, operational, and data management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain company records, files, and databases accurately.
  • Perform data entry and update information in ERP and internal systems.
  • Assist in preparing reports, MIS, and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
  • Support accounting and finance teams with documentation and record maintenance.
  • Maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other operational documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for data verification and process support.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of administrative and financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP Software.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts and documentation.
  • Qualification : Graduate

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
