We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical-minded candidates to join our growing team as Data Analyst Trainees – Power BI. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring data professionals to gain hands-on experience in data visualization, reporting, and business intelligence while working with experienced analytics professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in collecting, cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for analysis.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Work with Power Query for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
• Learn and apply DAX functions to create calculated columns and measures.
• Understand data modeling concepts, relationships, and visualization techniques.
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
• Assist in validating data accuracy and maintaining report consistency.
• Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of existing dashboards.
• Collaborate with senior team members to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Document reporting processes and assist with regular report updates.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and its interface.
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting concepts.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Power Query and DAX fundamentals.
• Basic understanding of SQL, including SELECT, WHERE, GROUP BY, and JOIN operations.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data transformation, and data analysis concepts.
• Strong analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

• Completion of Power BI or Data Analytics training or certification.
• Hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards through academic or personal projects.
• Exposure to SQL databases and basic data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel functions, Pivot Tables, and charts.
• Interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and emerging technologies.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or any related discipline.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with a strong interest in building a career in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence are preferred.
