Full job description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Software Testing Trainer who can train students in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, Performance Testing, and modern testing tools.

The candidate should have strong technical knowledge, practical industry experience, and the ability to explain concepts in a simple and understandable manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Train students in Manual Testing concepts, SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum.

- Teach Core Java programming and OOP concepts.

- Provide hands-on training in Selenium WebDriver with Java and TestNG.

- Train students in Maven, POM Framework, and Automation Framework development.

- Teach API Testing using Postman and Newman.

- Provide training in Performance Testing using JMeter.

- Train students in Jira, Git, and GitHub.

- Provide hands-on sessions in Cucumber, Appium, and Katalon Studio.

- Introduce students to AI in Software Testing and AI-powered testing tools.

- Guide students through real-time projects, assignments, and interview preparation.

- Prepare training materials, practical exercises, and assessments.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

- Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts.

- Familiarity with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.

- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerization.

- Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals.

- Experience integrating automation testing with Jenkins and Docker.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Manual and Automation Testing.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver using Java.

- Knowledge of API and Performance Testing.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to handle beginner-level students and explain technical concepts effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
