We’re Hiring: Trainee Project Management & Planning Engineer!
Are you a Civil Engineering graduate with top-notch communication skills and a passion for project planning, client coordination, and business development?
Arthur Best Consulting Engineers is looking for enthusiastic freshers and early-career professionals to join our team in Cochin, Kerala! This is your chance to step into the global arena and gain hands-on exposure to international engineering projects across the GCC, Europe, and Canada.
About Arthur Best Consulting Engineers
We are a leading engineering consultancy specializing in façade engineering, BIM, structural engineering, and design support services. We deliver high-quality design, planning, and project coordination services to clients worldwide.
(Please note: Our focus is entirely on design and consultancy; we do not undertake on-site project execution or construction).
Position Overview
As a Trainee Project Management & Planning Engineer, you will be the bridge between our technical teams and international clients. You will support project planning, presales activities, proposal preparation, and cross-border client coordination.
Key Responsibilities / Job description
Global Coordination: Interact confidently with clients across GCC, European, and Canadian markets regarding project requirements and deliverables.
Project Planning: Assist in preparing project schedules, resource plans, tracking milestones, and creating management dashboards.
Presales & BD: Support proposal preparation, bid submissions, market research, and identify new business opportunities.
Team Liaison: Coordinate with internal engineering and BIM teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely delivery.
Documentation: Attend client meetings, prepare minutes, follow up on action items, and manage project documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
MBA or Project Management qualification is a strong plus!
Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are highly encouraged to apply!)
Language Skills: Excellent English communication (Written & Spoken) is mandatory to professionally engage with international stakeholders.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project
