Job Responsibilities

• Supporting Director of a Company in carrying out research on a portfolio of companies.
• Track news, events and results of the companies under coverage.
• Tracking and monitoring regulatory trends impacting the industry.
• Building and maintaining databases tracking key macroeconomic indicators/industry KPIs.
• Meeting senior management and lead bankers to know the prospects of the company
• Listening to and summarizing investment conference calls.
• Assist the Lead Analyst in preparation of company profiles, newsletters, earning notes, initiating coverage reports, etc.
• Comprehensive research on the companies, industries and groups where the Company intends to invest.
• Detailed Models for Large companies covered and short models for midcap and small-cap ideas.
• Independent and neutral feedback on the various investment options.

Skills

• Strong understanding of Equity Market concepts and financial analysis skills.
• Good financial writing skills (beyond factual reporting such as Company Description).
• Well versed in building a financial model with forecasting.

Qualification & Experience

• MBA/PGDM (Finance) / CA ; CFA(US) would be an added advantage.
• Looking for candidates with 10-12 years of Equity Research experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Demonstrable and thorough knowledge of all aspects of Stocks /Sectors.
