Department: E-commerce / Dark Store Operations

Job Summary :
The Store Manager – Dark Store will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations of the dark store, ensuring efficient inventory management, timely order fulfillment, team management, safety compliance, and coordination with last-mile delivery partners to meet customer SLAs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily dark store operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
  • Ensure adherence to SLA, productivity, and quality benchmarks.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and shrinkage control.
  • Lead, train, and supervise store staff and supervisors.
  • Coordinate with central planning, dispatch, and transport teams.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and statutory norms.
  • Handle escalations and ensure smooth operations during peak volumes.
  • Maintain MIS reports on manpower, productivity, inventory, and costs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of warehouse/dark store operations.
  • Team leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WMS, email).

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline. Diploma/Degree in Operations or Supply Chain preferred.

Experience:
3–6 years of experience in warehouse, retail operations, or dark store management. Working Hours Rotational shifts, 6 days working

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
