As an Academic Counselor, you will guide students and working professionals in choosing the right skill development and career-focused courses offered by Avodha. Key Responsibilities - Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels. - Understand the educational and career goals of potential learners and recommend suitable courses. - Explain course features, certifications, placement assistance, and career opportunities. - Follow up with leads regularly and assist them throughout the enrollment process. - Build strong relationships with prospects and maintain accurate records of interactions. - Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to the growth of the organization. Requirements - Excellent communication and convincing skills. - Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to earn through performance. - Basic knowledge of sales, counseling, or customer interaction is an advantage. - Proficiency in Malayalam and English is preferred. - Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
