Responsibilities - We are seeking a vigilant, disciplined, and service-oriented Supervisor – Security Services to oversee the day-to-day security operations of our hospital. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patients, visitors, employees, hospital assets, and premises while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel deployed across the hospital.
• Ensure effective control at all entry and exit points.
• Monitor hospital premises through regular patrols and CCTV surveillance.
• Handle security incidents, emergencies, and conflict situations promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments during emergencies, VIP visits, and special events.
• Investigate security breaches, thefts, accidents, and other incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital security policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Maintain security logs, shift rosters, attendance records, and incident reports.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff on hospital protocols, customer service, and emergency response procedures.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire services, and external security agencies as required.
• Conduct periodic security audits and recommend improvements to enhance safety and security measures.
• Ensure proper functioning of security equipment, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and communication devices.

Qualifications and Experience - Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline; certification or training in Security Management will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 8 -10 years of experience in security operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility,
• Knowledge of fire safety procedures, emergency response, and incident management.
• Proficiency in preparing reports and maintaining records.
