Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Executive to manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor coordination for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely availability of raw materials, optimize inventory levels, and support smooth production and dispatch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement of raw materials and production supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for purchase orders and deliveries.
• Track material movement from procurement to production and dispatch.
• Collaborate with production, stores, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory reports.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate supply chain records in ERP/MRP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• Min 10 - 12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management.
• Procurement and vendor management.
• ERP/MRP software and MS Excel proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Time management and multitasking.
• Attention to detail and process orientation.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Understanding of production planning, warehouse operations, and logistics.
• Knowledge of inventory control techniques and supply chain best practices.

Pay: ₹175,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
