4. Management of conflict minerals reporting.

5. Training to suppliers on sustainability requirements.

6. Prepare accurate s& timely sustainability reports.

7. Prepare reports for management review such as emission calculations, KPI tracking.

4. Carbon credit & Offset market basics.

5. Life Cycle Assessment & Circular economy principles.

6. Environmental compliances related to water, waste & EPR.

7. Conflict Minerals Reporting.

8. Sustainable Supply Chain & procurement basics.

9. ESG reporting frameworks such as BRSR, GRI.

10. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.

11. Knowledge on Power BI is desirable.
