Job Title: Patient Relationship Coordinator

Location: Noida (In-person only)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent | Fresher-friendly

Schedule: Morning, Evening (Rotational Shifts)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We’re hiring a Patient Relationship Coordinator to manage front-desk operations, patient interactions, and treatment plan enrollments at our premium physiotherapy and chiropractic clinic. This role involves patient acquisition, sales support, and providing an exceptional clinic experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and guide patients with professionalism and warmth
  • Explain treatment plans and services clearly and confidently
  • Manage appointments, follow-ups, and data using clinic software
  • Support sales and marketing activities (Google/social media/referrals)
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and satisfaction

Who Can Apply

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Healthcare, or similar field (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sales/customer service experience preferred (Freshers welcome)

Fluent in English and Hindi

Comfortable with a 6-day work week and rotational shifts
