IT- System Administrator

Position Summary:-
This is a dynamic environment and the successful candidate will need to be a self-starting, hands-on, quick
learning, detail oriented, highly motivated individual that works well in a team setting.
The IT-System Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining, computer systems and networks
ensuring their stability, optimal performance while providing technical configurations and support.
Providing support to end user staff, daily issues, both Network & Security Infrastructure, work with other
Administrators to help resolve daily issues that arise.
Provide support in a heterogeneous environment that include Dell, HP, Lenovo Hardware, Cisco switches,
Servers, Laptops, workstations, SAN | NAS, Microsoft & Linux Operating systems.
Implementing process, procedures and policies using Change Control, implementing highly available
infrastructure. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Good customer service,
troubleshooting and documentation skills required.

(Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure is a Plus).Essential Job Duties:-

• Installation, configuration of systems (Servers and client workstations – Microsoft | Linux).
• Troubleshoot of Operating system issues, hardware issues & provide technical support to end-users,
• following IT ticketing system.
• Assist with Network infrastructure configurations (Cisco switches, firewalls) support and maintenance.
• Apply Security patches (Microsoft and Linux systems), firmware upgrades and application upgrades.
• Installation and configuration of various Applications not limited to Antivirus, malware tools, Backup tools, and Database server | client, Java, Apache Tomcat, nginix tools etc.controls, permissions, AD Backup | recovery.and management, Spam control, whitelisting domains.MFA.Virtual machines, Database servers, schemas.performance and capacity.different OS (Windows & Redhat Linux), Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware ESXi, SAAS based hostedserver environment Linux | Windows servers.
• Install and manage server virtualization technologies – VMWare Server ESX, Microsoft Hyper V.
• Active Directory -User management, Group policy rules and configuration, Security groups, Access
• Working on Google Workspace – Email | distribution groups creation, configurations, security rules
• Troubleshooting and resolve network issues for End users ensuring system connectivity and reliability.
• Work on critical network services – LAN, DHCP, SFTP, Wireless network, Virtual machines, VPN,
• Continuous monitoring of IT systems health, performance, Log management tools, Alert notifications.
• Backup | Recovery – Technical implementation of backup & recovery – Applications, Servers, OS,
• Monitoring network, systems performance, identify bottlenecks & Implement solutions to optimize
• Build & support the Development, QA, Production Servers - Application environments based on
• Research and provide expertise on integration and installation of third party software and tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
