Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Table Tennis Coach to lead and develop squash training programs for players of varying skill levels. The ideal candidate will bring energy, technical knowledge, and a commitment to player development and sportsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and conduct structured Table Tennis Coach training sessions for beginners to advanced players.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and group training as needed.
- Develop athletes’ technical, tactical, physical, and mental aspects of the game.
- Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Prepare athletes for competitive tournaments at local, regional, and national levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during sessions.
- Maintain equipment and ensure court readiness.
- Promote squash and increase participation within the community/organization.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to deliver a holistic athletic program.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Table Tennis Coach coach or former competitive Table Tennis player.
- Certification from a recognized Table Tennis body.
- Strong understanding of Table Tennis techniques, strategy, and rules.
- Ability to coach various age groups and skill levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passionate about athlete development and sports ethics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience coaching in school, academy, or club environments.
- Background in sports psychology or physical conditioning.
- Experience organizing tournaments or squash events.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
