Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience working with data visualization and reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
  • Monitor key business performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Translate business needs into actionable recommendations.
  • Support project planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
