Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Data Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing data pipelines and databases to support analytics and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop ETL/ELT processes for efficient data flow.
• Work with data warehouses and databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, and business teams to understand data requirements.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline issues.
• Optimize data processing performance.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Basic understanding of Python, Java, or Scala.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline concepts.
• Knowledge of databases and data warehousing.
• Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Certifications in cloud/data engineering are an advantage.
• Internship or project experience in data engineering is preferred.
