Position Summary

The Early Childhood Educator is responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate programs and activities that support the overall growth and well-being of young children. The successful candidate will create a positive learning environment, encourage children's curiosity and creativity, and ensure the health, safety, and supervision of all children in their care.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and programs.
• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment.
• Encourage children's creativity, independence, and social skills.
• Follow all childcare regulations, policies, and health and safety procedures.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.

Pay: ₹135,000.00 - ₹145,000.00 per month
