Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Teachers / Educators / Faculty Members to join a reputed school in Coimbatore. Opportunities are available across KG to Grade 12, covering multiple academic subjects and specialized NEET/JEE coaching.

Candidates from any location are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons.
• Create a positive and effective classroom learning environment.
• Assess student progress and provide appropriate academic support.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Support students in achieving their academic and developmental goals.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and school management.
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and academic initiatives.
• Follow the school's academic standards, policies, and teaching practices.

Candidate RequirementsKG Teachers

• Candidates with a recognized Montessori qualification/course can apply; B.Ed is not mandatory.
• Candidates currently pursuing B.Ed / M.Ed are eligible.
• Candidates without B.Ed/M.Ed may also be considered based on their overall suitability and aptitude for early childhood education.
• Passion for working with young children is essential.

KG to Grade 8 Teachers

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of teaching experience are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of relevant IB or CBSE teaching experience is mandatory.
• Strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills are required.
• Candidates with experience in activity-based and student-centred learning are preferred.

Grades 9 to 12 Teachers

• Candidates with 5–15 years of relevant high school teaching experience are highly preferred.
• Strong subject expertise and classroom management skills are required.
• Experience teaching board-level or senior secondary students will be an advantage.

NEET / JEE Faculty

• Candidates must have proven and relevant NEET/JEE coaching or teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to prepare students for competitive examinations are required.

Ph.D. Candidates

• Ph.D. candidates will be considered exclusively for Computer Science-related teaching positions.

General Eligibility

• Employment gaps will not be a barrier for suitable candidates.
• Candidates from any location can apply, subject to willingness to relocate to Coimbatore.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills are preferred.
