What would you do? The Reporting & Analytics Lead is responsible for leading the development, preparation, and delivery of standard and ad-hoc reports within and outside client systems such as Workday. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in advanced Excel-based reporting and automation, combined with leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. The incumbent will drive high-quality MIS reporting, enable data-driven decision-making, support delivery excellence, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency across reporting outputs. Talent & HR Practice involves implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees. This includes managing hiring processes, employee training, and career development programs. The goal is to foster a productive and engaged workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is crucial for creating a positive and effective work environment. A set of tasks to provide insights about the effectiveness of HR processes, procedures and policies, help make data-driven decisions based on the information collected and help HR to move from operational to tactical or strategic partner.
What are we looking for? Mandatory: MIS Reporting, Advanced MS Excel, PowerQuery & VBA, Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills, Stakeholder Management, Strong Verbal & Written Communication, Customer Service Orientation, Operations ManagementPreferred: HR Domain Knowledge, Presentation Skills (PowerPoint) Relevant years in reporting / analytics delivery •• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent).
Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Lead a team of skilled reporting professionals and ensure end-to-end delivery of standard reports from internal and client systems • Develop and deliver MIS reports using advanced Excel, PowerQuery, and VBA automation • Gather business and client requirements and translate them into reports and dashboards • Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and actionable business insights • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting deliverables • Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort • Provide strong stakeholder management with a consultative and service-oriented approach • Support issue resolution through root cause analysis and preventive actions • Maintain reporting documentation, SOPs, and version control standards • Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure aligned and seamless delivery" •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time"
