Role Summary:
Responsible for the overall supervision of factory operations, manpower management, production activities, safety compliance, housekeeping, inventory movement, and coordination between departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overall factory operations and daily activities
• Manage workers, operators, helpers, and housekeeping staff
• Monitor attendance, shift allocation, and overtime
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time
• Supervise loading, unloading, and material movement
• Maintain discipline and workplace safety
• Coordinate with logistics, stores, maintenance, and management teams
• Monitor machinery utilization and report breakdowns
• Ensure housekeeping and cleanliness of the factory premises
• Maintain operational records and daily reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
• Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to management

Reporting Structure

• Reports to: Plant Manager / Operations Manager / Director
• Supervises: Operators, Helpers, Labour, Drivers, Housekeeping Staff, Security Staff (as applicable)

Experience

• 3–8 years in factory, warehouse, recycling, manufacturing, or operations supervision

Salary Range (Delhi NCR)

• ₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and team size)
