Role Summary
An entry-to-mid level Business Analyst supports business teams by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and assisting in process improvements under guidance from senior analysts or managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and clients
• Assist in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to support business decisions
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using Excel/PowerPoint
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and IT teams for smooth information flow
• Support senior analysts in preparing SOPs, process flow diagrams, and functional documents
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and provide status updates
• Assist in feasibility studies and basic cost-benefit analysis
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance summaries
• Participate in client/stakeholder meetings and note down action points
• Help identify gaps between current processes and desired outcomes
• Support testing/validation of new systems, tools, or processes
• Maintain documentation and data accuracy across projects
• Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and business insights

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, IT, or related field); MBA preferred for 2–3 years experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL/Power BI/Tableau is an added advantage
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills

Pay: ₹15,152.66 - ₹25,251.05 per month
