We are looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead.

This position is based in Pune.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Leading projects within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations.
• Facilitating Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that maximize customer value and business outcomes.
• Promoting effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe principles to enhance team maturity.
• Ensuring Sprint Backlogs are effectively prioritized to deliver maximum business value.
• Collaborating closely with Product Owners to manage backlogs, refine requirements, and address emerging priorities.
• Identifying and removing impediments that may impact team productivity and delivery commitments.
• Supporting teams through organizational and process changes while fostering Agile best practices.
• Ensuring sprint deliverables meet quality expectations and customer requirements.
• Building a culture of ownership, accountability, transparency, and continuous learning.
• Aligning project execution with product roadmaps and strategic business objectives.
• Providing regular project updates, progress reports, and key metrics to management and customers.
• Managing project risks proactively and ensuring adherence to established risk management practices.
• Facilitating user story elaboration and requirement clarification with Product Owners and Product Managers.
• Understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective Agile execution plans.
• Guiding teams throughout sprint execution and supporting delivery excellence.
• Demonstrating completed functionality and sprint outcomes to stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Ensuring compliance with customer processes, governance standards, and organizational practices.
• Collaborating effectively across multiple Scrum teams in a global delivery environment.

You’ll win us over by:

• Holding a BE/B.Tech, MCA, ME, or M.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Having 7+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Having Background of Software Development / Software Testing is must to have.
• Demonstrating strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Possessing solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Lean, and SAFe methodologies and practices.
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and project delivery frameworks.
• Familiarity with project lifecycle management tools such as Jazz or similar platforms.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and multicultural global teams.
• Strong understanding of estimation techniques, risk assessment, data analysis, and root-cause investigation.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand technical details when required.
• Knowledge of requirements engineering, including requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, and traceability management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and delivery best practices.
• Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent conflict resolution, troubleshooting, and team coaching abilities.

• Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of on-premises software solutions and deployment models.
• Understanding of native mobile applications (iOS and Android), hybrid applications, and web-based platforms.
• Scrum Master, SAFe, Agile, or related professional certifications.
• Experience managing multiple Scrum teams within complex product development environments.
• Exposure to engineering, manufacturing, or industrial software domains.
