Technical Officer, Nit, Iit jobs

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Writer to review, analyse, and develop high-quality documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications. This role requires exceptional research, analytical, and writing abilities, with a strong focus on producing documents that meet the highest professional and academic standards.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing original research work during their Master's degree or hold a PhD from a reputable institution in India or abroad.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse candidate profiles, technical achievements, and supporting evidence.
• Research, draft, edit, and refine high-quality documentation for Global Talent and Innovator Founder visa applications.
• Translate complex technical concepts and professional accomplishments into clear, persuasive, and well-structured narratives.
• Conduct in-depth research to strengthen application content with credible evidence and supporting references.
• Ensure all documentation is factually accurate, grammatically flawless, and professionally presented.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, organise, and validate technical information.
• Maintain consistency, clarity, and compliance across all application documents.
• Perform thorough quality reviews to ensure documentation meets internal and external standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes, templates, and writing standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mandatory) from a recognised institution.
• Strong passion for technical writing, research, and documentation.
• Excellent written English with exceptional grammar, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and fact-checking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and consistently meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related technical field.
• Published technical research paper(s) in journals, conferences, or recognised publications.
• Experience in technical writing, research writing, academic writing, engineering documentation, patent documentation, or scientific documentation.
• Experience preparing professional reports, white papers, technical proposals, or research documentation.
• Familiarity with visa, immigration, legal, grant-writing, or evidence-based documentation is an added advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys researching, analysing, and writing technical content. They have a keen eye for detail, can simplify complex information without losing accuracy, and are passionate about producing documentation of the highest quality. Experience publishing technical research or contributing to engineering documentation will be a strong advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
