About the Role

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive strictly from an agency or staffing firm background. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery- sourcing, screening, coordination, and closures. This is a target-based role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
  • Screen candidates for skills, stability, salary alignment, and joining timelines
  • Submit relevant profiles as per client requirements — no bulk dumping
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups till joining
  • Maintain clean tracking of submissions, interviews, and closures
  • Work on multiple requirements simultaneously with discipline
  • Meet weekly and monthly submission and closure targets

Mandatory Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

  • 6 months to 3 years of agency-side domestic recruitment experience
  • Hands-on exposure to target-driven recruitment environments
  • Experience working with multiple IT/ Non- IT clients and fast TATs
  • Strong sourcing and screening fundamentals
  • Comfortable working remotely with accountability
  • Growth path into senior recruiter or lead roles
