ob Title: Application Support Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Application Support Engineer to provide support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for business applications and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for applications and software systems.
- Monitor application performance and resolve issues on time.
- Coordinate with development and technical teams for bug fixing and enhancements.
- Handle user queries, incidents, and service requests.
- Maintain application logs, reports, and documentation.
- Perform application testing and validation after fixes or updates.
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day application operations.
- Troubleshoot database, server, and API-related issues when required.
- Provide training and guidance to end users.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of SQL, databases, and APIs.
- Knowledge of software applications and troubleshooting techniques.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with ticketing/support tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of Windows/Linux environment is preferred.
