Full job description
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- IT Infrastructure Support: Deliver complete desktop, laptop, printer, and network device support across the organization for all staff.
- User Access & Identity Management: Administer user accounts, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory (AD Manager) to maintain secure access control. Incident & Ticketing Management: Manage service requests, system incidents, and SLA-driven resolutions using standard ticketing platforms (e.g., Easy Vista).
- System Deployment & Onboarding: Execute OS installation, software configuration, patch management, and enduser hardware setups during employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Network & Connectivity Support: Diagnose and resolve system-level and network connectivity issues including LAN/WAN, VPN access, routers, and internet troubleshooting.
- IT Asset & Inventory Lifecycle: Maintain hardware inventory, track asset lifecycles, and coordinate procurement for new joiners or system upgrades.
- Security & Compliance Maintenance: Enforce password policies, monitor endpoint protection/antivirus status, apply security updates, and maintain audit-ready technical records.
CANDIDATE PROFILE & TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Technical & Operational Requirements
- Education: Graduate degree (BCA, B.Sc, BA) with Hardware & Networking Diploma.
- Core Systems: Windows OS, Active Directory (AD Manager), MS Office/365.
- Networking: LAN/WAN, IP configuration, VPN access, switches & routers.
- Tools: Ticketing platforms (Easy Vista or equivalent), Antivirus/Endpoint management.
