Job Title: Telecaller/ Data Entry – Work From Home

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant telecalling, customer service, or sales experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, lead generation, or a related field preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company's products and services clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.
• Follow up with leads and convert potential customers into sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in the CRM.
• Record call details, customer responses, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Collect customer information and relevant business data.
• Maintain and expand the customer database.
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-up.
• Respect customer privacy and follow applicable telemarketing and Do Not Call requirements.

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will be preferred:
