Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The role involves assisting international customers through chat and voice support, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries through chat and voice channels.

* Resolve customer concerns professionally and within the given timelines.

* Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.

* Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.

* Update customer information and document interactions in the CRM/system.

* Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.

* Escalate complex issues to the concerned team whenever required.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines.

* Undergraduate & Graduate candidates can apply.

* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

* Excellent English communication skills.
