Job Description:
The Tele caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding customer needs, and providing product and service information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities:
Making Outbound Calls: Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
Customer Service: Answer questions about products or services, and handle customer complaints.
Record Keeping: Keep records of calls and note useful information in the CRM system.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate
Experience: Previous experience in a customer support role, tele calling or tele sales experience will be an advantage.
Skills: Strong phone and verbal communication skills, active listening skills, and strong negotiation skills.
