Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring Customer Support Executives for a Travel Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with strong English communication skills who can provide professional customer support and assistance.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through voice support.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Follow company processes and quality standards.
• Record customer interactions as required.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate candidates can apply.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service skills.

Compensation

• Freshers: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).
• Experienced Candidates (6 months or more documented experience): Up to ₹34,000 CTC per month (including performance-linked incentives).

Work Schedule

• Rotational shifts (24x7 operations).
• Work from Office.

Interview Process

• Virtual interview process.

Pay: Up to ₹34,000.00 per month
