In this job, I’m accountable for:
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:
- Role modeling the Tesco values and leading by example in what I do and how I behave.
- Identifying operational improvements and finding solutions by applying CI tools and techniques
- Provide a support and advice to individuals on all elements of the colleague life cycle
- Ensure consistent application of people policies and procedures for UK and ROI colleagues
- Provide advice and support based on Tesco UK business policy to UK and ROI Tesco colleagues
- Take end to end ownership of a query till the time it is resolved
- Work in partnership with other product and Tier team to provide quicker resolution
- To identify and resolve gaps in the pay which has resulted in over or underpayment for a UK & ROI colleague
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion in handling colleague-related queries and concerns, providing support and guidance with a
- 80% of query management via tickets and 20% via calls
- Deliver on agreed KPI and SLA within agreed quality standards
- Need to have the understanding on how to manager sensitive data
