In this job, I’m accountable for:

- Understands business needs and in depth understanding of Tesco Distribution and Fulfilment processes
- Builds on Tesco processes and knowledge by applying CI tools and techniques.
- Responsible for completing tasks and transactions within agreed KPI's for self and sub ordinates
- Responsible for creating, quality checking and signing off the daily transport, fuel and equipments plans for all Tesco Petrol Filling
- Mentor team members and foster continuous learning and development. Establish adherence and stay up to date with Business
- Develop, monitor and adjust planning parameters to improve planning systems and supply chain network
- Analyze store sales, stock inventory and historic events to plan transport for best outcome of resource planning in the DC to deliver
- Maintain all equipment types used within the distribution network to ensure depots and suppliers have the right equipment all the time
- Work closely with Commercial teams to facilitate the increased use of trays and other loose equipment within all UK DCs
- Solve complex problems related to equipment, transport and fuel planning processes, identifying root causes and implementing
- Collaborate with the national planning, suppliers and transport planning teams to align equipment, resource and fuel requirements to
- Safeguard company assets and maintain trust with stakeholders by implementing strong internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
- Identify process gaps and develop mitigation plans to address potential risks and improve overall effectiveness.
