Job Description

• Lead Risk and Compliance Program Implementation in conjunction with Operations and other Functional Leads • Operational risk compliance – Process Controls, risk assessments, report out and management • Contractual compliance – Ensuring MSA adherence • Information Security and Data Privacy Risk assessment • Set Governance rigor - Regular status update and review with Genpact leadership • Facilitating and leading Internal & External audits • Provide risk and compliance training, coordinate awareness initiatives on risk and compliance issues, policies and procedures along with compliance audits • Should be responsible to front end the discussions relating to compliance and regulatory issues • Lead team of Risk & Compliance managers to achieve Risk activities agreed for vertical • Develop and implement testing strategies for software applications; • Lead a team of testers to execute test plans and identify defects; • Collaborate with development teams to ensure test coverage and quality standards are met; • Analyze test results and provide feedback to improve software quality; • Stay current with industry best practices and implement new testing techniques as needed.
