Hiring – Denim Production Manager (Delhi NCR)

We are looking for an experienced Denim Production Manager to lead our garment manufacturing operations in Delhi NCR.

Job Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end denim garment production.

Plan and achieve daily production targets.

Monitor cutting, stitching, washing, finishing, and packing processes.

Improve line efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Ensure timely order execution and on-time deliveries.

Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and planning teams.

Optimize manpower utilization and reduce production costs.

Ensure compliance with factory safety and quality standards.

Requirements

5–10 years of experience in denim garment manufacturing.

Strong knowledge of denim production, washing, finishing, and quality systems.

Experience in production planning, line balancing, and team management.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Location: Delhi NCR
