Role Objective

To drive store sales and profitability by managing people, stock, VM and customer experience in line with brand standards.

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and improve KPIs like conversion, ATV and UPT.
• Lead, train and motivate the store team on selling skills, product knowledge andcustomer handling.
• Ensure strong customer experience, manage feedback and drive positive Google reviews.
• Monitor stock movement, ageing and size wise availability; act on slow and fastm overs.
• Maintain VM standards, timely decluttering and readiness for new collections.
• Ensure accurate billing, KYC capture and daily sales and stock reports.
• Coordinate with HO on stock movement, markdowns and operational requirements.
• Ensure SOP compliance, store hygiene and discipline.

• Good understanding of stock planning and VM
• Customer focused with problem solving mindset
• Basic reporting and system knowledge
