Job Title: Freelance Ethnic Wear Designer (Kurtis)

Job Type: Freelance / Contract

We are looking for a creative and experienced Freelance Ethnic Wear Designer to design and develop women's kurtis. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of current fashion trends, garment construction, fabric utilization, and sample development.

Responsibilities:

• Create original kurti designs and design concepts.
• Prepare sketches, design sheets, and specifications for production.
• Develop patterns and measurements as required.
• Coordinate and oversee sample stitching and fitting.
• Suggest design details, trims, prints, embroidery, and styling elements.
• Ensure designs are practical for manufacturing and cost-effective.
• Work closely with our team to develop new collections and product ranges.

Requirements:

• Experience in ethnic wear, kurti, or women's apparel design.
• Knowledge of garment construction, patterns, and fit.
• Ability to create technical specifications and design presentations.
• Understanding of textile fabrics and production processes.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently on a freelance basis and meet deadlines.

Compensation:

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per week
