Full job description

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Policies, with experience applying them in a retail or similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and supporting a positive workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law relevant to the region, with ability to ensure policy and practice compliance.
  • Experience with Performance Management, including goal setting, feedback processes, and performance reviews.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certification is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and leadership.
  • Ability to work on-site in Tiruppur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience in retail or textile industry HR is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹245,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
