Job Summary
The Floor Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations during service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience, maintaining high service standards, supervising the service team, and ensuring smooth coordination between the dining area and kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant floor operations during opening, service, and closing shifts.
- Monitor table turnover and seating arrangements to maximize operational efficiency.
- Achieve sales and revenue targets .
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise captains, stewards, hosts, and other front-of-house staff.
- Ensure food and beverages are served according to company standards.
- Conduct routine floor inspections to maintain cleanliness.
- Ensure workplace safety procedures are followed and report hazards immediately.
- Monitor service timing, presentation, and guest interaction.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant ambiance throughout service.
- Encourage upselling and suggestive selling to improve guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Required -
Must have Experience 5-7 years in Hospitality Industry.
