We’re looking for a highly creative and strategic professional to lead our brand's creative vision and content direction.

Open Position:

• Art Director

We are seeking an experienced Art Director who can lead and manage our creative team while ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the creative team, including designers, content creators, photographers, and editors
• Develop and execute the visual identity and creative direction of the brand
• Oversee fashion campaigns, photoshoots, product launches, and social media content
• Ensure consistency across all brand communication and marketing materials
• Drive creative storytelling across Instagram, website, email marketing, and digital channels
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align creative strategies with business goals
• Manage content planning and creative execution for performance-driven campaigns
• Oversee brand presence and content requirements for marketplaces and third-party platforms

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of fashion, branding, and visual storytelling
• Proven experience leading creative teams and managing multiple projects
• Deep knowledge of social media content, trends, and platform best practices
• Experience working with marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa and Flipkart
• Strong creative judgment with an eye for aesthetics, photography, styling, and content production
• Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills
