Key Responsibilities

• Handle digital platforms related to farmer registration and agricultural services.
• Conduct onboarding of farmers for oil palm cultivation programs.
• Perform KYC verification and documentation validation for enrolled farmers.
• Coordinate approval processes and maintain accurate farmer records.
• Prepare and maintain data reports, MIS, and Excel sheets.
• Support field-level extension activities related to oil palm cultivation.
• Assist farmers in application submission and digital process completion.
• Maintain communication with farmers, field staff, and management teams.
• Ensure timely updating of databases and digital records.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Must visit sites in Telangana if required

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in digital platform handling and data management.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage farmer-related documentation and records.
• Basic understanding of agricultural extension activities.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.

Educational Qualification

B.Sc. Agriculture or B.Sc. Horticulture.

Experience

3–4 years of experience in agriculture-related operations, farmer coordination, digital agriculture platforms, or extension activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in oil palm projects or agri-extension programs preferred.

Familiarity with farmer onboarding systems and KYC processes.

Ability to work in field and office coordination roles.

Proficiency in preparing Excel reports and maintaining digital records.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
