The selected candidate shall be responsible for examining, preparing, reviewing and coordinating Expressions of Interest, tender documents, bid documents and other participation papers relating to bank auctions, liquidation assets, Not Readily Realisable Assets, PUFE proceedings, avoidance transactions, resolution plans and other insolvency linked recovery opportunities.

The role shall involve detailed examination of process memorandums, tender conditions, eligibility requirements, financial statements, corporate records, litigation papers, transaction audit reports, forensic reports, NCLT/NCLAT/Supreme Court orders, CoC records and related documentation for assessing the commercial and legal viability of participation by HARASL.

The candidate shall be required to prepare eligibility documents, board resolutions, declarations, undertakings, authority letters, financial statements summaries, bid notes, internal approval notes, compliance checklists, commercial proposals, transaction summaries and management briefs in a precise and institutionally presentable manner.

The candidate shall also assist HARASL in matters concerning NRRA acquisition, PUFE claims, preferential transactions, undervalued transactions, fraudulent trading, avoidance applications, liquidation recoveries, assignment opportunities and recovery-linked proposals under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code.

The assignment will further include coordination with liquidators, resolution professionals, banks, financial institutions, legal teams, consultants, forensic auditors, stakeholders, bidders, committees of creditors and other concerned authorities. The candidate may also be required to attend meetings and assist in representation of HARASL before CoC, SCC, liquidators, institutional forums and, wherever legally permissible, before judicial or quasi-judicial forums including matters pending before the Supreme Court through authorised counsel.

The candidate must have strong drafting ability, sound understanding of corporate law, IBC processes, financial documentation, compliance requirements, tender scrutiny, due diligence and commercial risk assessment. He or she must be capable of reading voluminous documents, identifying material issues, preparing actionable summaries and maintaining strict confidentiality in all assignments.

Preference shall be given to candidates having prior experience in insolvency assignments, liquidation processes, bank recovery matters, corporate restructuring, due diligence, asset reconstruction, stressed assets, forensic review, secretarial compliance or tender documentation.

The candidate must be disciplined, research-oriented, commercially alert, legally cautious and capable of working under strict timelines. Accuracy, confidentiality, ownership of work and professional maturity shall be essential requirements for this position.
