A Cafe Food & Beverage (F&B) Service Associate provides exceptional dining service by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food/beverages, and processing payments, while maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards (HACCP). They ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service, upselling, and prompt complaint resolution in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet guests, present menus, explain specials, and take orders accurately.
• Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages promptly, adhering to service standards.
• Table Maintenance: Set up tables, clear dirty dishes, and maintain dining area cleanliness.
• Order Management: Utilize POS systems for order entry and handle billing, including cash/card transactions.
• Upselling: Recommend appetizers, beverages, and desserts to maximize revenue.
• Hygiene & Safety: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP).
• Coordination: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or F&B service is preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong customer service orientation and ability to handle complaints.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Typical Physical Requirements

• Constant standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Handling, turning, and lifting trays and tableware.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
