We're hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of a portfolio of client accounts across Google and Meta — and to push the people around them to be better operators.

The Role in One Line You'll be the person clients trust with their ad dollars, the person juniors learn from, and the person who refuses to ship a mediocre campaign. If you've spent 4–6 years living inside Ads Manager and Google Ads UI and you still get excited when CPA drops 15% overnight — keep reading.

What You'll Own:

1: End-to-end campaign management across Google Ads (Search, Pmax, UAC, UACe, DemandGen) and Meta Ads (ASC, Advantage+, traffic, lead-gen, app installs) for 3–5 client accounts.

2: Strategy, not just execution — campaign architecture, bidding strategy, audience design, budget allocation, and weekly experimentation roadmaps for every account.

3: Creative briefing and iteration — work with designers and editors to ship statics, UGC, and video ads. You won't draw the ad, but you'll know exactly why version B beat version A. 4: Tracking and attribution hygiene — Pixel, GA4, server-side events, AppsFlyer SKAN setup, deep links, postbacks. You catch a broken event before the client does.

5: Client conversations — weekly calls, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning. You translate numbers into a story the founder can repeat to their board.

6: Mentoring 1–2 junior buyers — code-review their campaigns, sit with them on launches, raise their game.

7: Reporting that actually gets read — clean Looker Studio dashboards, narrative-led MBRs, and Slack updates that don't bury the lede.

The KPIs You'll Be Measured On Different clients, different north stars. You'll own a mix of:

ROAS / blended ROAS for D2C and e-commerce accounts CPI, CPA, CAC for app and SaaS accounts

D7 / D30 retention and LTV:CAC payback for cohort-driven app clients Pipeline quality — MQL → SQL conversion for B2B lead-gen accounts

Client retention and account growth — the ultimate scorecard Who You Are 4–6 years running paid media — agency experience strongly preferred, in-house buyers welcome if you've juggled multiple verticals.

Deep, hands-on Google Ads and Meta Ads chops — you can architect a Pmax campaign and an ASC structure in your sleep, and you know when not to use either. App marketing exposure is a must — at least one solid stint running UAC/UACe and Meta App campaigns with a proper MMP setup.

You read data, not dashboards — cohorts, funnels, statistical significance, attribution windows. You know why "CPA dropped 30%" might mean nothing. Creative instinct — you can look at three ad variants and predict which one wins, and you can articulate why. Owner, not order-taker — you push back on bad client briefs, propose tests no one asked for, and treat your accounts like you'd treat your own money. Clear, calm communicator — clients trust you because you don't panic when MoM dips, and you don't oversell when ROAS pops.

Ad platforms:Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (incl. Andromeda-era features), TikTok Ads (bonus)

MMPs: AppsFlyer (must), Branch, Adjust, or Singular

Analytics: GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, CleverTap BI / Reporting: Looker Studio, Tableau, Supermetrics

Creative / Workflow: Canva, Figma, AI ad tools (Pencil, AdCreative, Arcads, etc.), Notion or ClickUp for ops
